about canada student visa

hello every1,
my uk tourist visa got rejected in 2003 n at dat time i was just 8yrs....n now m applying for canada student visa ...
so should i mention them that i got rejection from uk embassy.....????
plz reply....

i guess u shuld not conceal anything frm the embassy...rest is ur choice

can i get the admission in university or college with relevant course?
