I am in dilemma that whether CIC do the verification of our bank account details and balance during background checks????????

What kind of verification are you talking about?

If you mean contacting the bank then no, the bank wouldn't disclose any information to them.

So if right now I am having some GIC bonds available and I am going to show this in EXpress entry application and if for some reasons i use it in future before getting PR approval does it going to make any negative impacts on my records?
