Abnormal X-Ray

Hi, I received an abnormal xray with 4mm granuloma but everything else is clear and there is no active tb. The grading for it was 3.1 and I did not receive any request for further tests yet. Did anyone else experience the same? How does immigration canada react to such diagnosis? I am very nervous about it.

P.S. I took test on May 13 and they submitted to immigration services on May 25, 2020
