You are the only NOC 2145 applicant. You have sent your application on 06-06-2013 and may be the same was received on 10/11/12 th June, 2013 and your DD was encashed on 21st August 2013.

As per the CIC update, As on 13-07-2013 applications received under NOC 2145 was 0, the CIC again updated on 30-07-2013 and at that time application received under NOC 2145 was 1 (that was you). The CIC had updated there NOC list last on 3/4th Sep., 2013 and till now there is only 1 application under NOC 2145.

So it means they had taken the decision on your file between 13th to 30th July, 2013 (say on 25th July 2013). So the application received on 12th June was finalize on 25th July 2013 after 1 & half month. This is my observation based upon your application. However experts opinion on this is topic is welcome
