Hi guys
I am not sure if this should go here or goes to family sponsorship sector.
my situation is that I have a 483 scores right now,my working permit is expiring on Nov 30
I already submit my ee profile and waiting for draw
in the meantime I just get married and my wife is citizen.
My question is
1. Can I submit inland sponsor application while myself is in ee pool?
2. If I submit inland sponsor with the open spouse working permit application, does this mean I get the implied status and therefore can work under an expired work permit until new SOWP issued.
3. after Nov 30 my Canadian working experience will exceed 2 years therefore gave me a 508 scores in EE. if say I get drawed after Nov 30, do I have to submit a LOE to CIC telling them that I have an Implied status beacuse of my Inland sponsor application?
Thanks for your advices!
