Hi all,

So I'm a returning international student going back to resume my study in Toronto. Got my approved visa/enrollment letter/financial proof and just when I thought I'm ready I looked at my enrollment letter and found that it described me as a male. "He" throughout the letter despite me being a woman and a rather obvious one at that. Apparently the registrar's office didn't notice and neither did I since this was the exact letter I submitted through my online visa application - and was approved despite the fact that I wrote "female" whenever I can on the application form.

Will the officials at the border deny my entry because of false information? God bless I can't believe this is happening. There's no way of getting a new enrollment letter because my ticket was on 30th and the registrar won't reopen till Jan 4th or something.

It will likely be fine. It is a standardized letter and you accidentally got the male copy. What is more important t is your permit and visa.
