I got RPRF request letter last night. My officer also wanted me CV/Resume.

Considering RPRF meaning which is Right of Permanent Residency fee Does it mean my app is approved and they want to issue PPR for me?

Hi did you send your payment through online or send bank draft back mail?
Is there any form needed to submit Or just draft alone? Pls advise what did you do. Thanks a lot

That sounds odd that the officer has asked for CV. Never heard before. Are you inland and received this request? What stage are you in process? for inlanders, RPRF is asked earlier in process even before medicals. Need more information to appropriately respond to your question.
