eg. age limitation for CEC candidats...

I've heard a few changes being discussed in different categories. So I accelerated sending my application. I suppose we won't know for sure until they announce. Apply now if you can or stay tuned.

i dont think there will any limitation for CEC. there will be a lots changings for investment and skilled worker programs...
