Not while working on a post grad permit. Your job is lmia exempt as I assume your work permit is still valid.

You will need an lmia to get the 50 points.

I guess, not sure how you'd go about that, but you would need a year exerience after that change. I doubt it would be applied retroactively.

Your employer would have to apply for an LMIA (dual purpose) to support both a work permit and permanent residence. Your employer would also have to write a job offer letter, offering you a position for at least one year if you become a permanent resident.
