A question out of curiosity

Hey everyone.

I was just wondering and hoping that someone could answer my doubt:

When CIC requests additional information (Schedule A, Travel Hx, etc etc), do they usually request all at once?

For example, I got requested to submit a new completed Travel Hx (and I was able to identify the reason - I stated a incorrect date of return from a trip down to Central America). Is there still the possibility of being requested further additional information?

Again, this is just out of curiosity.

Another thing: from what had been discussed in this forum, is it mandatory that CIC will verify information with the employer if the applicant is LMIA based?

1. As far as I have read in other posts, all the additional information is asked together. Let us know if you are asked for additional documents later.
2. It is not mandatory that CIC will verify information but most of the times they do. I hope you are still working with the same employer and in good terms with them.

until the application is complete, they can ask for as much additional information as many times as they like.
As its an LMIA I'd say the liklihood of them checking is higher but its not mandatory that they will.

I think CIC verified my employment, my boss told me he got several calls from the government asking about my employment. I aplied AINP few months ago and I know they verified but they only called once. The other call I believe is from CIC for my Express Entry application..

It's the third month for us, should be in the middle of the process. I promised my friend, I would treat him for drink BIG TIME, once i get PPR.. keep my fingers crossed

btw Did you order GCMS yet?

Nope.. it is still my second month! And things are moving ok so far... keeping the fingers crossed for us
