A question about the OWP: it asks for the imm5409 - statutory declaration of common law union, which is applicable to our case. We are already sending the original form in with our sponsorship application. Is a photocopy okay to provide for the OWP application? Thanks !

Shouldn't be a problem. In our case we gave a second marriage certificate, and the OWP came with the maximum time allowed on it...
