A question about Schedule 1 Background Declaration

Probably a very stupid question. I was requested to fill Schedule 1 Background Declaration for my husband. But I also hear a lot about Schedule A Background Declaration. Are these two different forms?

I just checked the CIC webpage for the list of Forms download page and it shows the below as Schedule 1. Its Form IMM5257. Its a two page form named APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY RESIDENT VISA. Does it ring any bell?
