Howdy Everyone,
I have a (hopefully) quick question about form #5481 - "Sponsorship Evaluation"
I got through the first page, and I come up with a total number of three, this including myself (born Canadian citizen) my wife who is from the Philippines (and is presently in the Philippines) and her 4 year old son (also in the Philippines with his mom).
On the second sheet of the form I have answered, N/A to all four sections of question 5B, and I am now at question #6, if I am reading this correctly, I can just leave #6A blank, as my wife will be listed on form #0008. But for her son, should he be listed in #6B?
