I have applied for PR in CEC category on March 16, 2021 and after six months, the officer had requested me to submit my US student refusal letter within 7 days. The problem is I do not have refusal letter of US student visa, as i have applied US visa almost 5 Yrs ago. I have mentioned my US rejection in my canada student visa also and i think i filed paper based application, so I might have put the refusal letter in that file. So now the officer is requesting me the refusal letter and I don't have any letter regarding the same.
My question:
1) What should I do in this situation?
2) Is it normal that people do have queries like mine?
3) If I have mentioned it in my file that I have rejection then why officer is requesting for the refusal letter?
Can anyone help me with this questions, as I am on final stage of PR application and stressed out right now.
