Hi Guys:

Can anyone tell me if Canadian PRs (i.e., who have not received Canadian passport/citizenship yet) are entitled to travelling the countries that do not need visas for Canadian citizens?

Not before getting canadian passport

Thanks friend, is there any exception in case of Canada to USA?

http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/without/without_1260.html#2:

Permanent residents (aka landed immigrants) of Canada must have a nonimmigrant visa unless the permanent resident is a national of a country that participates in the Visa Waiver Program (VWP), meets the VWP requirements, and is seeking to enter the U.S. for 90 days or less under that program.

So no, there is no exception for a Canadian PR visiting the US.

Thanks, friend.

Only few countries where Canadian PR holders can travel without a visa.

Aruba, the Bahamas, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Honduras, Jamaica, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands-Antilles, Nicaragua , South Korea and Turks & Caicos Islands.

Please cross check before you travel. Some conditions apply for an Example S.Korea you can only go with PR card when you travel towards Canada.
