Hi,

I got my PR in Jul 19 and my wife submitted Application for CCB in Sep 19.

we honestly put all income amount for last 2 years into the application form according to its instruction.

My wife just got a notice from CCB by mail that

We cannot calculate the amount of CCB you may be entitled to receive for Aug 19 to June 20 without the following information:

(your spouse or common law partner`s 2018 income tax and benefit return)

Actually we were working outside Canada during 2018 without sin and non resident.

what do I need to provide?

since my wife is the applicant so spouse refer to husband? am I correct?

Thanks.

You should include proof or your income and her income for the past 2 years. Did you have tax returns in the country you were living in or other proof of income?
