I am almost ready to submit my SOWP application and I have a few questions before submitting:

My situation is:
I am from visa-free eTA country, I have submitted for outland spousal sponsorship, I have moved to Canada after receiving AOR as visitor. My sponsor is Canadian citizen living in Canada.

  • In the questionnaire I am asked:
    • Are you accompanying a family member who has status in Canada? and in FORM 5707e, section A, Spouse, will accompany you to Canada?
      • Should I say YES or NO?
  • FORM 5710e:
    • Intended location of employment in Canada
      • can I leave it BLANK?
    • Have you previously applied to enter or remain in canada?
      • Should I include my eTA, visitor record and my PR application? In particular, should I include my PR application?
  • In OPTIONAL documents I have: Schedule 1 - Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside Canada (IMM 5257)
    • I am not understanding if I need to fill out this form or not?
Thank you.

Are you accompanying a family member who has status in Canada? - Yes
Intended location of employment in Canada - Leave it blank
Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada? - Yes, and write all the application details for applied and ongoing application.
Schedule 1 - Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside Canada - It's optional. but from my experience, you should fill that form.

Thanks. Regarding Schedule 1, I have a 5 year eTA and based on this questionnaire it seems to be that it is not required:
