A couple questions to the form IMM5490 ? Where is the right place to ask?

Hi,
I'm getting sponsored through my common law partner and I'm having questions to the form IMM5490. I was trying to call CIC but I didn't get anyone on the phone. Is it ok to ask something here?

question1: they are asking for how my spouse and I are communicating when we are not together (question26 IMM5490). Is that for people that are not living together? We are living together for more than 2 years, do we have to show some kind of electronic communication things? We always had prepaid cards and there is no call history which is really annoying.

question2: we lived together for almost a year, than went travelling for a year and now living together in Canada since like 7months. We were only physically apart for a month when I went back home. Question27 asks for dates of cohabitation, can I say we cohabited since the whole time or do I have to put a break in there because I went on a trip home for about 4 weeks?

Explain exactly that. But the other thing is, what about before you moved in together? How did you communicate?

Since it was just 4 weeks, I would just put the entire time. I doubt you changed your address during that 4 weeks.

Ok thanks. I just feel like a lot of people attach their phone bills even if they are living together. I will add the Skype conversations/call history from 2010, before we were living together. That's all I have from more than 2 years ago.
I just feel like I should add something more recent except our rental agreement/photos and joint bank account. We are sending a good amount of texts every day maybe we can take screenshots from that, but i feel like this is not really official?!

That is totally okay! The phone bills work as well, if you wanted to. Another would be copies of cards you've given each other, letters you've given each other, copies of envelopes that have both your names and the address on it from friends and family etc.
