I have my birth certificates in Arabic, I must translate them and then notarize them via the Canadian Embassy as "true copy of original"?

My university don't issue a BSc Diploma as the one you would frame it and hang it, but issue a "Whom it may Concern" certificate that states your BSc degree and major, is that good enough?

Any document that is not in English has to be Translated to English. The instructions are clear in the check list and Guide (do read it completely for better overview of other things as well).

Well as for not issuing a degree (seems strange :) ) BUT, you need to include "Transcripts" for your Uni education. Again the details is in the check list.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply.

I mean that I don't have the Diploma (big paper), but a "Whom to it may concern" certificate. Will that do?

if its a doc issued by your university under a policy...than yes it will be accepted...but is seems a bit wierd them not issuing proper transcripts....

oh, they do issue transcripts no problem.

I was talking about the Bachelor Diploma degree thingie... :D

you need to submit.

1- University sealed transcripts of post high secondary qualifications.

2- Notarized copies of post secondary degrees.
