So, I am facing a complicated situation.
I am an international student who has been in Canada for almost 7 years. I finished high school and university in Ontario. So, right now , I can choose to apply for PGWPP to enroll the labor market. However, I would like to seek my master degree after my graduation ( I just graduated in April). Then this become complicated because if I prepare for my GMAT test and apply for 2021 master program , then I will miss the PGWPP application deadline (it's 8 months after graduation).
I also heard that if I apply for master degree within two years of my initial education experience, then the PGWPP application deadline will be extended to graduation of the second education (in this case, the master's).
Because I would like to back to my homeland for about 1 year for studying GMAT and cumulate some work experience. Then I have to choose either apply the PGWPP right now and let it pass for 2 years or is there any other options that I may choose?
Sorry for my bad grammar and hope you can understand!

My final goal is getting the PR and have my own business in Canada ( but not seeking for Canadian citizenship necessarily).

You can only apply for a PGWP once. If you apply now, you will not be able to apply again after you finish your Masters.

If you plan to return home now, you shoiuld not apply for the PGWP now. You should wait until you have finihsed your Masters.

But what I heard and read is that PGWPP has a deadline that is 8 months after your graduation (in my case, the bachelor). So, suppose I go back to homeland and prepare for my Master and I finish it in 2 years. Will that affect my PGWPP length? ( because I could get 3 years right now, but I may only get 1 year after master, or it's still 3 years?).

If you are planning to do your Master's degree in your country, then you either apply for the PGWP when you finish your current studies or you forget about it. The other option is to do your Master's here in Canada and get a PGWP after.

I would like to finish my master degree either in Canada or the US(I suppose Canadian immigration department will not extend the deadline if I study in the US). So, the question becomes if I finish my master degree in Canada, will I get three year PGWPP still?

There is no extension to apply for a PGWP regardless.

If you do the degree in Canada next year, the length of the PGWP will be determined by the length of the Master's degree program. A 2 year Master's will get you a 3 year PGWP.

For it to count, you need to complete the second program within 2 years. If you take your planned time off to study and work like you said, I don't see how you can finish a Master's in time.

Let's say if I complete the master degree within 1 year ( because I am seeking taught master , not the research based master), will I get 3 year PGWPP after my master degree?

Technically, yes. As long as you finish your Master's < 2 years from the date you finished your Bachelor's
