A couplt is getting divorced and a single father will relocate with a kid to Canada (Both are PR)
The father wants to let his nanny relocate with him (she is not PR)
What are the requirements and documents needed, if possible?

Where in Canada? In Manitoba they might be able to support her (not sponsor but support) as long as she fulfills the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program requirements. Other provinces' provincial nominee programs may have similar schemes.
