can a person just being my family friend supports me ,if he/she gives me written on a legal paper that she will be supporting my studies and all expense on my studies.
if no what is the reason that he can not support me he bound himself by writing to support me on a legal paper which is challenge able in court.

If someone other than yourself or your parents is financially supporting your studies, maybe you can provide a letter of support with an explanation as to why that person is supporting you.
