Dear All,

My 2nd PR card was renewed on 22-Oct-2010 and lived only 22 days in canada and left canada on 14-Nov-2010 due to my family problems.

1. Now, I want to go back Canada before 22-Oct-2013 so that I can stay for 730 days and my PR card will expire on 22-Oct-2015.
please tell me that Will Immigration officer will ask any question from me on arrival in canada while i couldnt live in last 3 years.

2. My wife PR card is going to expire on 12-Nov-2013 and couldnt stay in canada in last 5 years. What will happened after expiring her PR card?

3. My 01 daughter is Canadian and other daughter is pakistani (6 years) old. my wife is pregnant and want to stay with kids in pakistan.

Please guide.

Regards;
Raza

Immigration may well ask why you were not able to live in Canada for the past 3 years and if you still meet the residency obligation. If you have 2 years in Canada in the past 5, you still do meet it and they would let you in. You should stay in Canada for 2 years straight and can then renew your PR card. Your wife will lose her PR eventually if she stays outside Canada but you could sponsor her again if you both want that.
