I am from karachi and today almost my 72 days are now completed but there is no such response from the canadian embassy, really worried about it can i contact to canadian High Commission or just wait more plz suggest me.

The dates posted online are an estimate, not a commitment. Give at least 100% tolerance before reaching out to CIC.
