Does the work experience needs to be in a single NOC code or it can be 3.5 year in a one NOC and 0.5 year in second NOC while calculating 67 points. I have to claim 4 years work experience.

1. As long as the NOCs are A,B or O it is fine.

No - you cannot.

Okay thank you and the reasoning behind would be..? Please do advise.

Because it's very clear based on the requirements that you need to take 1 program that is 2 years in length. Two programs that are each one year doesn't meet this requirement.

Okay that makes sense. A lot of agents and even consultants told me the different meaning.

I wouls suggest you stay away from these agents and consultants. It's extremely clear on the IRCC web site that it needs to be a single program that is 2 years in duration.
