My friends ...

My situation is .. I am working under lmo/lmia NOC B 2 years , my visa will expiry in may 2016.

So , I received a letter from my company just like that...

Mr.myname has been employed full time as a (position) by (nameofcompany) Since (date that i started). (my name) is a valued employee. This is a permanent full time position; he currently earns xx per hour, plus x vacation pay per year. With a minimum of x hours per week.

My question is ... Am i eliglible to get 600 points at this moment ? Or i need another letter....

Since you already have the LMO/LMIA, It is possible that CIC will accept this as a "permanent job offer," but
(a) it is better that your employer explicitly state that the job is permanent, contingent on your obtaining permanent residence status;

and

(b) without job duties and responsibilities in the letter, it will probably be refused.
