5mb limit

Hi Everyone,

Is it 5mb limit per file or the total attachment size in an email to LVO, i have reduced the size of all pdfs but its still way more than 5mb for total size of files ? Has anyone encountered the same issue, what was the solution.please suggest
PS: this error came up when i tried to send an email with 21mb

Message too large Your message couldn't be delivered to LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca because it exceeds the size limit. Try reducing the message size and resending.

The response from the remote server was: 552 size limit exceeded​

How many pages is your file? Keep reducing it or send multiple files if the system allows that.
