I am trying to help my wife fill form 5257e for visitor visa for wife and 2 year Kid. My wife never worked. What details to enter under employment section.

I can try entering N/A for 3 & 4. But what to put in Country as it has to be selected from the given list only.
Can someone please help. I have same issue for my kid as well.
I haven't seen this kind of form till date or am I missing something
