50 days after online application and still waiting

Day 50 after online application and counting...

Anyone experiencing SLOW online processing application?

I applied online and have a "Submission Confirmation" on April 20.
Until now June 9 and 50 days later, still no movement.

Am I missing something? Maybe I am missing the message to send my passport already?

I emailed CPP-CTP-OTTAWA-TRV-VRT@cic.gc.ca and received that it is being processed.
Should I write and fax a letter?

Any suggestions what to do? I have an important meeting in Toronto on June 21.

I guess it is taking longer than normal for getting a passport request...but since you got an email from them saying its still under process they might be still processing it....you can send an email again asking for urgent processing...
