50% completion of program and PGD eligibility

So I got my student visa in October 2020. Covid has moved classes online and i did the first semester online. The second semester is also online and will in April 2021. When it ends i would have completed 50% of my courses overseas. This therefore means that I would have to start Semester 3 in September in Canada.

1. I should be able to leave for Canada in the summer correct ?
2. Are my assumptions above correct ?
3. Does doing it this way ensure that I maintain the
4. As long as I enter Canada before the start of Semester 3, would I still be eligible for the post graduate work permit ?

Part time in combination of online is ineligible for PGWP (unless it's the final semester) .

Only full time credit load during online is eligible.

ok I'm full time student online yea I forgot to mention that. So based on this when this semester finishes in April. I need to ensure that I am in Canada before Semester 3 starts in September ?
