I need help on a simple question please:
My Case:
I first got my PR in April 2018 and did my soft landing for 10 days in May 2018.
I then returned to Hong Kong and lived there until I finally moved to Canada permanently in April 2022. I have been living here since then, with only a few short holidays outside of Canada.
Then my PR card expired in June 2023. I have not left Canada since then.
I am carefully counting my cumulated days and by August 2024 I will have over 730 days in Canada over the last 5 years. Most of these 730 days will be in the last two years and a significant amount of those days will be while my PR card was expired. I have bank records, tax records, lease, employment records etc.
My Question:
Will I face any issues on renewal of my PR card, since a lot of my RO days where accumulated with my expired PR card while I was living in Canada.
Thank you in Advance!
