I have submitted my application since December 2012 but still no reply, my resumption suppose to be this May 2013 but still yet no reply. i just want to know what will happen next since i can't meet up with the resumption date again due to no respond from the embassy. I will be so glad to hear from you. I am from Nigeria, centennial college and course applied for project management. Thanks

It is best to call the embassy or go and see them. There might be a delay in your application if it is incomplete or some documents are incorrect or not legible.
Just call them or get a consultant to check for you. Goodluck!
Note: it takes 4-6 months for a permit to be issued depending on the situation.

Hello, yes you can reapply if you now have sufficient money in your account. You would have to also put in writing why there was no sufficient amount the first time. When they see that you have enough they will give you.
Use an immigration consultant that has a direct line to CIC so they can help you. I'm Nigerian as well
