Re: 4131=================> Take most time

I think they dont need any lecturers/ teachers any more as they already have many applicants from this NOC. I also have feeling that 4131 will miss out the new list.

Re: 4131=================> Take most time

well i think it is not like that be positive.According to my point of view NOCs do not make any effect on time of processing.
it is the security checks which make diffrence

Re: 4131=================> Take most time

Hello Friends,

This is the only NOC which is taking most time...sad :(

If NOC 4131 is taking long it does not mean that there is a chance of rejection. If you are eligible you will get the visa but the only thing is that it will take longer.

Cheers

Hellooo to all.
why u all r so serious.
CHILL PLS.

let me add sumthing.

1. 4131 is not only with LECTURERS,in fact it has tonnes of other occupations such as company trainers,computer instructors,and so on.
Hence,most of the files are in this category.

2. Whatever may happen, they cannot drop us out of 6 -12 months span.Therefore,be positive my dear dear friends.

3. If we have already applied under 4131 ,then whether they remove this NOC out or not ,it wont affect our files,So again nothing to worry.

Above all, RELAXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. :P :P :P :P

I agree... We need to keep our spirits high and remain positive... We all wud get thru the process and reach our dream land

Its partly true that this particular NOC group applicants has been keeping hanged comparatively more time irrespective of CHC... However there are many as well with this NOC 4131 already through... The delayed processing might also be attributed with the fact that 4131 enlist wide categories encompasses a large number of occupation...... which may take some of VO's scrutiny time
But I am not really convinced that CAN already over saturated with migrant teaching and training staff................. I still believe this is a kind of category whose demand can't die out so early..........................................

Here in UK if we apply for a job the employer needs fresh uptodate CRB (not the normal one which we uses for immigration) its detail one to check with other organizations/departments/EU countries that all is clear.
