Situation:

If a person is an international student on study permit (Studying full-time) working 40hours/week but his/her company showing 20hours/week on record by pithing the per hour wage high.

Is it legal to work in manner as described above? If not, how we can report this to the Immigration?

Not only is it illegal from an immigration perspective but also from a CRA perspective. Report to both.
