I am in critical dilemma as to which category I should apply for.

I have been over two years expeirence in Teaching at University and fufill all requirements mentioned in detailed requirements on NOC addition to which I have illustrious academic and reserach expeirnece with national and international conferances including letter from Canadian Univeristies of particpating in there conferneces and workshops. However, I am not currently teaching and this experience I had was 5 years efore. Also my job appointment letter mentioned 'project coordinator' as title. But my expe4rience certificate states entire details of my teaching including all duties of faculty.

I am an income tax lawyer and 0111 mentions title income tax expert. Now in this field I have 10 years of experience.

Kindly anyone with expert opinion can clear me which category I should apply?

I wish to apply under univeristy professors category beacuse I have illustrious expeirence. What I think is no where on NOC reuirements cic has mentioned that the person should be currently working in that field. terminlogy 'in past 10 years' clearly states non requirement of current job in that sector.

I am also planning to apply under NOC 4011 - University lecturer. I have gathered all the required documents along with proof of funds, English test and ECA reports. However the ECA report I received mentions my MSc degree is equivalent in Canada is 4 years BSc degree!!

I have completed my BSc (3 Years), B.Ed (1 Year) and MSc (2 Years) with distinction grades in all the exams from Indian Unviversity. I also have 6 years experience in the same field.

My query is - Am I still eligible to apply under FSW even my ECA report shows my MSc degree is equivalent as Canadian BSc degree?? Please let me know your responses on urgent basis as I have very little time remaining to send my documents. Your help is much appreciated.
