As long as she has a year working experience or more (within the last 20 years) and she is among the 38 list, she is good to go. Also, I would advice that she state clearly why she is not employed for the past 2 years without lie, that should help.
Good luck to her.

Thanks minus360!

I have another question - what score is needed on the IELTS test to show proficiency in the language?? Is it a level 6 ??

Also, will my sister-in-law be able to score 5 points for a relative?? I am the only relative she has. I guess the question is - is sister-in-law considered a relative??

Thanks again!

Hello,
for your question; 6.5 is highest for reading, writing and listening for speaking it is 7.
And for relatives, mother/father,son,daughter, brother sister, grandfather/Grandmother, uncle, Aunt, nice and nephew.. In-laws and friends are not considered.
Hope it helps.
Good luck.
