My name is Hamad Ali Raza. I am looking forward to apply for express entry to Canada. Can you guys please suggest me some support on the query,

I am an electrical engineer having,
1) 4 years Engineering Degree
2) 1 year PGD (Post graduate diploma in Mechatronics and controls engineering)

Can i select the following option in education part of the application.

TWO OR MORE CERTIFICATES, DIPLOMAS OR DEGREES. ONE MUST BE FOR A PROGRAM OF THREE OR MORE YEARS.

1) if some one has 4 years degree and some training certificates then will he be able to apply under following option
(TWO OR MORE CERTIFICATES, DIPLOMAS OR DEGREES. ONE MUST BE FOR A PROGRAM OF THREE OR MORE YEARS)..

2) if some one has 4 year degree and 6 months diploma certificate then will he be able to apply under following option?

Training certificates and 6 months Diploma are not being evaluated by any agency.

training certificates dont count for this category
2) if some one has 4 year degree and 6 months diploma certificate then will he be able to apply under following option?
the 6 month diploma may be accepted as a second certificate in addition to the bachelors degree but then again it is under WES's discretion.

not that I am aware of, perhaps you can call them up. but like @mr.preetsingh said, personally I dont think you can consider them as two certificates or more in both the cases you mentioned.
