Questions 14, 15, 18, and 19 of the 'Sponsored spouse questionnaire', it asks if there was a engagement, marriage, reception celebration, and honeymoon.

Would it be ok if, on an additional sheet of paper, I combine those 4 questions into one summary? Ofcourse I will put a note on the paper stating I will be doing that but is that ok?

it is best to answer the questions in the space provided then use additional space for additional info ie. If your culture is accustom to doing big celebrations and u didnt then answering why in a detailed fashion should be appropriate

Definitely answer them question by question even if you feel redundant. The last thing you want is your IO to have to go looking for things, even if it seems obvious.
