3months after send documents to CIC, still no response

AINP nominee, sent out all the documents to Buffalo on Aug 4th, and my check is still not cashed. Anybody know if it's normal? Anyway i can contact them via email or phone call? thanks.

hi im new in this forum can someone help me to answer my question my husband is a foreign worker in canada and last june 2010 we are nominated my NBPNP and base on the certification we recievef from NBPNP,that our application was already forwarded at Buffalo new york, but until now no AOR recieve from CIC it's almost 5 months we haven't recieve from them..... is anyone have the same situation thank you.....
