CIC is asking me to submit documents with in 30 days. Are they strict on this

CIC is asking me to submit documents with in 30 days. Are they strict on this

Usually yes, however, if you have a real reason for the delay you can write a letter that you can't get the things done in 30 days due to such and such reason and need more time. It's up to cic if they will accept the excuse or not.
