So my husband and I got married on Nov 23rd, drove to Canada and arrived on Dec 2nd, they gave me 30 days to get our paperwork started and at that point I was told I need to check out and show proof we've started the paperwork.
What I need to know is if we comply with this what are the chances they will they extend my VR, or will I be required to go back to the states until the paperwork is finalized?
This also provides another snag, when filing the paperwork I don't know if we should fill out the forms with me living here or in the states since I don't know if they're going to let me stay after Jan. 2nd.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!
