3 years physical presence in the last 4 or 4 years in the last 6?

Hi guys,

if I'm not mistaking last year the immigration law has changed from 3 years physical presence in the last 4 to 4 in the last 6... but on line I still see the previous requirements.

Anyone can help me?

It will be enforced this year, but nobody knows when.
