Hello ,

I spent 3 years out of my 5 years visa living outside canada, now I want to spend my 2 years remaining in canada, will that be a problem to apply for the passport ??

The maximum you can be outside Canada as a PR is 3/5 years. If you stay in Canada the remaining 2 years, that's fine. If you want to apply for citizenship, you must stay one more year after that because you need 3/4 years to apply for citizenship.

Thank you very much for your help and assistance.
