I am looking for a computer science 3 year degree in canada. Can anyone tell me which universities has 3 year computer science program.

Pretty much any university in Canada will offer this.

Be aware that a three year degree in Canada is not regarded as a full bachelor. A full bachelor is a four year degree at all universities.
