3 month Gap in between Graduation and Employment

Should i mention a 3 month gap which I have just after my graduation when i was looking for a job. Should I add this in my personal history as unemployed or should not mention it at all?

You have to mention it. Just say unemployed. They don't care that you were unemployed for a few months - they just need to account for all of your activities in the past X years. A three month gap in the Personal History will raise suspicion.
