3 citizenship applications + photos in one envelope - Query

Hello friends - Just want to make sure I am doing the final task as required.
Question 1 - Can I just bind each application with paper clip and put all in single envelope?
Question 2 - How to attach 2 photos on front of each application
Just a little concerned if putting paper clips on photos can damage them?!

Can someone please guide?

You can use the little packets provided by the store and write the name outside as well (in addition to the back of the individual photos). If you don't have a packet, you can easily make one by folding a couple of sheets of paper and using glue or the stapler.

Obviously don't place the photos as such without any protection.
