2nd time visa applied !! need help

I have applied my visa for the 2nd time under Gen
my profile is 10th 80%
12th 90%
btech 61% with 4 backlogs
ielts 6 bands
1st got rejected under the reasons of
other reasons-missing transcript and academic record
any chances of getting visa applied on 20th march..

assuming you supplied the documents missing in a new application then whatever the average processing time is for your country nobody here can predict if you will be successful or not or how long will take.
