2nd sets of GCMS notes but application still the same

Hi All... I applied GCMS for the second time
But there is no significant difference
After 1st gcms my status was review required
Few days after i got RCMP finger print request
Which was done and sent by me.. I applied 2nd
GCMS notes on dec 10 2013 n got it yesterday
But eveything is pretty much the same.. Its been
14 months now my stress level is getting
High n high ..
My PGWP is expiring in 4 months.
My wife is canadain citizen n i am applying
For spouse visa soon coz i cant keep on waiting

Till oct, there was no reply then applied for
GCMS Notes and found out that according to
VO my duties were not matched with NOC .
And my status was " review required" .I believe
The VO requested another officer for another review
At the last it said" awaiting officer review required before
Sending RCMP Finger print to PA"
I sent them an explanation letter and i added
Few duties missing in the reference letter
Few days later i received finger print
Request and they received it after two weeks.
Now i applied for another GCMS but everything is
Pretty much the same..
Eligibilty / crimnality - in process
Medical / security - not started

your second letter worked for you as you got to the next step.

The status is not updated but you are good.

Thanks man ! But how can you say that..
What stress me out is that even after sending them
RCMP Finger print i havent got any medical yet

Well i am in the same boat my file stuck in review for the same purpose as urs and exact date it was submitted for review is October 23rd.

Only difference is i am a december 6th applicant.

Contact your local MP.thats the best you can
Do.I've done the same but haven't heard
Anything back.its so frustating but we cant do anything.

and what can i even ask of them ?

Go to them and explian them you situation
They can inquire about your application by
Calling or emailing CIC.this will eventually
Give you a exact status of your file.
Btw whats your timeline?

AOE april 9th.

GCMS noteson december 5th, showed nothing started except criminality

and i am still waiting

Well, if your file is not under review required
Then you'll be ok.once your status goes
Under review then it takes forever
