I am getting a 2nd IEC via an RO. I am already in Canada and currently working.
Once I have gone through the application process and it has been successful. Will IRCC be sending me a POE like I received with my first one and then I am to activate it at a border, or due to Covid will they just post me my visa directly?
Apologies if this has already been asked, I just couldn't find my particular scenario.
