Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi,

I have got my 2nd File Number on 19th September 2010. It has been almost 5 months. My status in ECAS still shows RBVO.

How long does it takes to process after the 2nd File Number?

When the status goes to IN PROCESS?

Anybody can help on this.

I think all the guys who got the second file number in September 2010 can group here so that we may be in touch on the updated status. :)

Hi Optimistic,

Nowadays, the e-case status is showing "In process" or "Decision Made".

I have submitted the full documents on 17th jan-2011 and the status is showing "In process". I have not received 2nd AOR also.

Are you sure that status is showing "RBVO"...?

Regards

Hi Optimistic,

There is no problem if its showing "RBVO".

How it shows for us "In Process" and for you it still shows "RBVO". Recently all applicants who have submitted the documents in 2011 shows directly "In process".

There are some errors in E-case which still needs to be rectified.

It is advisable for you to send your case inquiry to London Office and get the status.

Where should i send the email?

Any email address.

When i got the 2nd AOR. The letter attached states that the time in your category takes from 8 to 12 months.

i have seen some people on the forum getting the reply before 4 months even for the medical.

As i completed 5 months since received my 2nd AOR, should i wait for 3 more months to complete 8 months or send the inquiry?

Its upto you to wait or send the inquiry.....

The email address is re-london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

I have got the 2nd AOR in September 2010.

It has been 5 months now. i am waiting for the medical.

My question is:

Can i withdraw the funds kept for the immigration?

At what stage do i require to show the funds again, as i think i need to wait for another 7 to 8 months based on the letter issued along with second AOR?

My status in ECAS is still "RBVO" since 5 months.

Yes, you can work with your funds the way you want, you need to show them again at pp request. It will most likely take 7-8 months at least. Good luck
